About Swag
Shari 'Swag' Piontkowskie is a dancer, choreographer and instructor based in the Tri-State area.
Shari has trained throughout New York City at various studios such as Broadway Dance Center, Brickhouse NYC and PMT House of Dance. As a dancer she’s trained under Bev Brown, Angel Kaba, Korie Genius, Carlos Neto and David ‘Tic-Tock’ Nervil.
As a choreographer, Shari has choreographed for music videos, festivals, live performances and showcases. Her biggest passion is Artist Development and she is currently working with several independent artists to help them bring their projects to life.
She has been teaching for over 5 years and has taught and subbed at various schools, offices and dance studios throughout the tri-state area including Broadway Dance Center, Peridance Capezio Center and Lotus Creations Academy. She is currently teaching for STEM from Dance at a residency in Jersey City, NJ. Her dance style includes elements of Hip Hop, Street Jazz, Dancehall and Afro Dance.
